Description
Dr Anna Chioti is the Head of the Division of Pharmacy and Medicines at Luxembourg’s Directorate of Health, where she leads the national regulatory capacity building including the creation of the future Luxembourg Agency for Medicines and Health Products.
A medical doctor specialized in public health and clinical research, she has extensive experience across clinical practice, pharmaceutical industry, public health research, and regulatory affairs. Before joining the Ministry of Health, she directed the Department of Population Health at the Luxembourg Institute of Health where she developed the Clinical and Epidemiological Investigation Centre. Dr Chioti is actively involved in national and international scientific committees and has chaired the Science & Innovation Panel of the EU Innovative Health Initiative since 2022.
