X-ray analytical microscope

Description

X-ray micro-analyser to perform non-destructive elemental analysis from Na to U with an energy dispersive fluorescence. Automated sample scanning provides image of elemental distribution. Qualitative and quantitative analysis on: Bulk samples, Powders and Macro gradient determination.Mappings possible on areas as large as 10 cm x 10 cm.
