As Deputy Director of Data and Digital Strategy at Sant Joan de Déu, a leading European pediatric hospital, I lead digital transformation projects. I coordinated the development of a new patient portal, implemented decision support systems for healthcare professionals, and developed remote patient monitoring programs, all of which enhanced clinical efficiency and improved patient outcomes. I began as a member of the patient experience team before transitioning to my current role. I hold a BA in Communication and an MA in Social and Cultural Anthropology. My career spans consulting across pharmaceuticals, finance, and communication, as well as developing digital products.
