Biography
Hannah-Marie Weller works as Policy Officer at the unit “Ehealth, Well-Being, and Ageing” at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology. The unit deals with the promotion of the development and adoption of digital health technologies in Europe, including AI-based health technologies. Before joining the European Commission, Hannah-Marie held several positions in academia, public sector and private sector in Italy and Germany in the healthcare domain, with particular focus on digital health. Hannah-Marie studied Economics and Management of Government and International Organisations with focus on healthcare management and healthcare economics at Bocconi University, Milan and Hertie School of Governance, Berlin.
