To enter the market and get off to a strong start, startups need quality support that is relevant to their stage of development. The international coaches, high-quality jury members and experts of Fit 4 Start, Luxembourg’s leading startup acceleration programme, offers precisely this. Coaching sessions, thematic expert sessions and feedback from the jury – notably including experienced entrepreneurs and investors – provide participating startups with all the components needed to put together aconcrete business plan, assess the viability of their company as well as its attractiveness to potential investors, and identify the right business partners.


Fit 4 Start combines a group approach with personalised coaching adapted to each startup. Participants become part of a vibrant and international community of startups that often use Luxembourg as a launchpad for reaching European and global markets.

Fit 4 Start tracksDigital, tech-driven and data-driven

The startup accelerator targets digital ventures with innovative technologies at the core of their business: the internet of things, blockchain, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, cyber, telecom, open-source technology and/or emerging technologies. 

Additional dedicated tracks offer places to healthtech and space startups. Overall, we are looking for innovative and sustainable ventures whose business integrates dimensions related to one or several of the three main pillars of sustainability, namely people, planet and prosperity. The 16th edition of the programme will provide the right tools and support to maximise the startups chances for commercial success in and out of Luxembourg.

  •  6 months of personalised coaching

The grant, offered by the Ministry of the Economy, is divided into 3 tranches (2 instalments and the final balance): A first instalment payment of €50,000, a second instalment payment of €80,000 and a final balance of €20,000. Who can apply?

The Fit 4 Start acceleration programme is open to: 
  •  Startups less than 5 years old that meet the small enterprise criteria with innovative high potential projects 
  • Team composed of at least 2 people

Fit 4 Start #16 : The cohort is known 

During the third edition of the Luxembourg Venture Days, the 20 startups that will take part in the acceleration programme in early 2026 were revealed.
