My job is to lead Idealis Consulting on business and operations to become a European leader in digital transformation. As Business Unit Director, I am in charge of the Odoo team, I make sure that we deliver what is promised on time, I also make sure that each colleague is happy in his or her job and sitting in the right chair and that the company is profitable. I define and execute the business strategy to obtain satisfied customers and develop the business.
