LuxTrust S.A. was created in 2005 at the initiative of the State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Chamber of Commerce and the country's main banks to establish a unique national digital identity solution allowing uniformly secure access to banking and governmental applications. These LuxTrust identities are used for security purposes but also as electronic signatures with full legal value. Certified according to the European eIDAS regulation and compliant with the latest European regulations (DSP2, RGPD, ETSI, AML), LuxTrust offers a wide portfolio of qualified trust services (identification, authentication, electronic signature, electronic archiving, electronic registered mail, signature validation, consent management, …).
