Once your registration has been confirmed (you'll receive a 2nd e-mail after your registration has been acknowledged - if not, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click on the button below, enter the e-mail address you used to register and set a password. You'll receive an e-mail with a code to verify that the address is really yours, and that's it!
In order to be put in touch with the participants who match you best, it's important that you add a short text introducing yourself, as well as a profile photo. In the same place, you can complete the links to your LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts, as well as any other information about yourself (no personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone numbers or skill level will be published and shared).
Also from this "My information" tab, we recommend that you activate the "I participate in networking" option and select your main areas of interest (5 in total).
We also recommend that you activate the option to receive notifications.
To return to this page at any time, simply click on your photo in the top right-hand corner (or on the silhouette if you haven't added one yet).
Now you can get in touch with other participants who have agreed to network with you. From the "My contacts" tab in your personal space, you can search for a participant by first name, last name or company.
But you can also rely on our "My recommendations" algorithm to suggest people who share your interests. And the closer we get to the date, the more this list will be refined to suggest you exchange with people interested in the same program sessions.
You can then contact these people by writing them a message.
On receipt of this message, your contact may accept your request to be put in touch, enabling you to continue your exchanges via messaging and more (we'll explain this below).
Now that you've started to build up a circle of contacts within the conference, you can start exchanging with them at your own pace.
All you have to do is join the messaging system from your personal space, or even simpler, by clicking on the icon to the left of the little bell (we'll explain what this option is for below 😉 ) next to your profile photo. This will give you permanent access to all your discussions.
Now let's take a closer look at what this messaging system can do for you. You'll be able to chat live with your contacts (a green or red indicator shows you whether they're connected at that moment), share attachments and react with Emojis. Last but not least, you'll be able to organize appointments - we'll tell you all about it right after!
Would you like to go one step further and organize meetings with one or more members of your community, before, during and after the conference?
From your contact page (or even from a session's chat), you'll be able to easily propose various dates, times, durations and reasons for this exchange. Your contact will be able to accept one of your proposals, which will automatically appear in your respective agendas alongside the program sessions for which you are registered.
You can then invite other contacts to take part in the meeting, which will use the audio and video capabilities of our platform in a way that's transparent to you. You can also share your screens together. So don't hesitate, and exchange ideas in the simplest way possible!
Your personal agenda will be the nerve center of your participation in the conference and all the sessions in which you will take part, as well as all the meetings in which you will take part, whether they be meetings with contacts, meetings with our partners and the Luxinnovation team, expert meetings, speed meetings...
From this page, you can also edit your agenda, add participants to your meetings, suggest other times for your appointments and even export your entire agenda to your usual agenda manager (Outlook, Google Calendar, iCalendar...) in just one click.
