About The event

Join us for the Luxembourg National Information Day dedicated to the European Defence Fund (EDF) 2026 Work Programme. This event is a collaborative initiative by Luxinnovation and the Directorate of Defence designed to help Luxembourg's industrial and research communities navigate and maximise EDF funding opportunities. 

With nearly €8 billion allocated to defence research and development across critical sectors from 2021 to 2027, the European Defence Fund is the European Commission's flagship programme for advancing defence capabilities. 

This Information Day is tailored specifically for Luxembourg organisations developing military or dual-use technologies, providing essential guidance to strengthen future funding applications. 

This half day event will demystify the application process by covering core topics such as eligibility requirements, mandatory documentation, consortium formation, submission deadlines, and national priorities and co-financing arrangements. 

Participants will also benefit from lessons learned and best practices from previous EDF grantees. 

Additionally, the event will feature B2B matchmaking and networking, fostering collaboration among defence stakeholders to build strong consortium partnerships.
