Weil Technology is machine manufacturer and solution provider with innovative laser, clamping and automation technologies for sheet metal processing. We offer several innovative applications in the e-mobility market: Laser cutting and welding of bipolar plates, laser cutting of electrical sheets, laser welding of stator packs and high voltage heaters, cell contacting by laser welding, punching of radiator fins for power coolers.
In addition, as part of the Development and Innovation division, our TechCenter offers advice concerning welding-compatible component design, investigations into process stability, the development of laser-compatible clamping technology, the validation of components and the manufacturing of prototypes and pilot series.
