Building on the success of the first two calls for projects that took place in 2022 and 2023, the Ministry of the Economy is launching a third call for tenders aimed at providing investment support for the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants, in order to encourage businesses to take an active role in the energy transition. This year, another call for projects offering operational support (aide au fonctionnement) will be launched at the same time. Depending on their specific situation, companies can choose the model that best fits their circumstances and expectations. The webinar will focus on the call for projects offering investment support, but questions regarding both calls for tenders may be addressed. The call for projects offering investment support has a total budget of 23 million euros, divided into five categories, and is open until October 31, 2024. It should be noted that, in addition to a specific category for carports, another category this year is dedicated to photovoltaic power plants using "ultralight" modules on rooftops or modules installed on facades. Investment support requests must be submitted via the MyGuichet.lu platform.

Webinaire (FR) - Appels d’offres pour l’installation de centrales photovoltaïques

Fort du succès rencontré par les deux premiers appels d’offres lancés en 2022 et 2023, le Ministère de l’Économie lance un troisième appel d’offres en vue d’obtenir une aide à l’investissement pour la réalisation et l’exploitation de centrales photovoltaïques, afin de motiver les entreprises à prendre une part active dans la transition énergétique. Cette année, un autre appel d’offres en vue d’obtenir une aide au fonctionnement sera lancé en même temps. En fonction de leur situation spécifique, les entreprises peuvent ainsi choisir le modèle qui correspond le mieux à leur situation et à leurs attentes. Le webinaire se concentrera sur l’appel d’offres proposant une aide à l’investissement, mais des questions concernant les deux appels d’offres pourront être abordées. L’appel d’offres proposant une aide à l’investissement est doté d’un budget global de 23 millions d’euros, répartis en cinq lots, et est ouvert jusqu’au 31 octobre 2024. Il est à noter qu’à côté d’un lot spécifique pour carports/ombrières, un autre lot spécifique est dédié cette année aux centrales photovoltaïques utilisant des modules « ultralégers » en toiture ou des modules installés en façade. Les demandes d’aides à l’investissement sont à soumettre via la plateforme MyGuichet.lu.
